医保管理方式对恶性肿瘤参保患者住院费用的影响

摘要

近些年来，随着医疗改革力度不断加大，医保管理方式趋向合理化、规范化，主要分为限额支付、定额支付两种方式支付住院费用。针对恶性肿瘤患者，由于经济费用与负担较大，按照不同医疗管理方式，对治疗费用影响较大。在该组实验中，主要探讨医保管理方式，对治疗费用影响。根据结果显示，限额结算次均住院费用明细高于定额结算费用，不同监管方式，不同程度影响住院费用。因此，制定医保管理方式同时，需合理控制费用效果，在保障患者就医需求基础上，合理费用结算方式，防止单一结算方式缺陷。%Nearer in the last years, continuously enlarge, cure to protect a management method to incline to rationalization, norm to turn and mainly is divided into quota to pay along with the medical treatment reform strength, settle the sum pay two kinds of methods to pay hospitalized expenses.Aim at a malignant tumor sufferer, because of economic expenses and burden more big, ac-cording to different medical treatment management way, to treatment the expenses influence a little bit greatly.In this experiment, the main study cures to protect a management method, to treatment the expenses influence.Result indicate that the quota settles accounts a time to all go to hospital the bill of cost is higher than to settle a sum to settle accounts expenses, the dissimilarity takes charge of a way, different degree influence hospitalized expenses.Therefore, the establishment cures to protect a management method at the same time and need reasonable control expenses effect, in guaranteeing a sufferer and curing need foundation, the reasonable expenses settles accounts a way and prevent°froms single balance of accounts method blemish.
