乌鲁木齐市学龄前儿童意外伤害现状及影响因素研究

摘要

Objective To find out the present situation and its influencing factors of preschool children with accidental injury to provide the prevention measures. Methods A cluster sampling study on the investigation about accidental injury of 3 to 6 years old children in Urumqi was conducted among children of 2 kindergartens during 2013, January 1st to December 31th.Results The overall incidence of injuries among preschool children in Urumqi city was 18.84%. There was no difference of injuries types be-tween schoolboys and schoolgirls and among different age groups. The top three of the accident types are fall / bumps (12.02%), sprains (5.43%), traffic accidents (1.55%). The influencing factors were associated with mather’s cultural degree,parents training and the children’s character.Conclusion Healthy and safety education should be strengthened ,safe atmosphere should be created in preschool children to prevent injuries occurred.%目的：了解学龄前儿童意外伤害现状，探讨学龄前儿童意外伤害的主要原因和影响因素，提出预防措施。方法采用整群抽样方法抽取乌鲁木齐市2所幼儿园3~6岁在园儿童，调查2013年1月1日—2013年12月31日间发生的儿童意外伤害情况。结果乌鲁木齐市学龄前儿童意外伤害年发生率为18.84%；男女童之间、不同年龄组之间意外伤害次数发生率均无统计学差异；排在前三位的意外伤害类型依次是跌倒/碰伤（12.02%），扭伤（5.43%），交通事故（1.55%）；母亲文化程度及家长是否受过预防儿童意外伤害的培训是学龄前儿童意外伤害的保护因素，儿童性格特点是儿童意外伤害的危险因素。结论应加强健康安全教育，营造安全氛围，预防儿童意外伤害的发生。
