目的：探讨品管圈活动(QCC)在老年阿尔茨海默症患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法将89例老年阿尔茨海默症患者按照随机数字法分为对照组(n=44)与观察组(n=45)，对照组采用常规护理管理方法，观察组在此基础上采用QCC管理。比较两组疗效。结果①两组患者护理后MMSE与ADL量表评分均显著高于护理前(P<0.05)，且观察组患者护理后上述评分均显著高于对照组护理后(P<0.05)；②两组患者护理后PSP量表各维度评分均显著高于护理前(P<0.05)，观察组患者护理后上述各维度评分均显著高于对照组护理后(P<0.05)；③观察组走失率为2.22%(1/45)，显著低于对照组(11.36%，5/44)(P<0.05)。结论 QCC在老年阿尔茨海默症患者护理管理中的应用效果显著，可有效降低患者住院走失率。%Objective To study the application effect of quality control circle in the senile patients with Alzheimer's dis-ease and research on effect of it on reducing the hospitalization lost rate of patients with dementia. Methods 89 cases of se-nile patients with Alzheimer's disease were randomly divided into two groups, the control group (44 cases) adopted the rou-tine nursing management method, while the observation group adopted the QCC management on the basis of the control group, and the curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results ①The MMSE and ADL scale scores after nursing of the two groups were obviously higher than those before nursing, P<0.05, and the after nursing, the above scores in the ob-servation group were obviously higher than those in the control group, P<0.05. ②After nursing, the scores of various dimen-sions in PSP scale of the two groups after nursing were obviously higher than those before nursing, P<0.05, and the scores of various dimensions in PSP scale in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group, P<0.05. ③The lost rate in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group, [2.22%(1/45) vs 11.36%,5/44]], P<0.05. Conclusion The application effect of QCC in the nursing management of senile patients with Alzheimer's disease is obvious, which can effectively reduce the hospitalization lost rate of patients.
