内分泌科临床护士营养知识、态度、行为的认知调查分析

     

摘要

Objective To survey and analyze the condition of nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior of clinical nurses in the department of endocrinology and provide basis for implementing the nutrition cognitive training of clinical nurses. Methods 91 cases of nurses in the department of endocrinology in three third grade class A general hospitals were given the cross-sectional study according to the general demography data questionnaire and nutrition cognition questionnaire. Re-sults The total score of nutrition cognition in the department of endocrinology was low with (172.03±16.34) scores, and the nutrition knowledge score of clinical nurses whose work time ≥21 years was higher, P<0.05, the nutrition attitude score of nurses whose professional title was nurses-in-charge or above was higher, P<0.05, and the nutrition behavior of clinical nurses whose work time ≥21 years is better,P<0.05. Conclusion The nutrition cognition of clinical nurses in the depart-ment of endocrinology is worse, and the nursing managers can provide the targeted education training according to the spe-cific conditions of nurses thus improving the nutrition cognitive level of nurses.%目的:调查分析内分泌科临床护士营养知识、态度、行为的情况,为实施临床护士营养认知培训提供依据。方法采用一般人口学资料调查表、营养认知调查表对某市3家三级甲等综合医院91名内分泌科护士进行横断面调查。结果内分泌科护士营养认知总分为(172.03±16.34)分,认知水平较低;本科、工作时间≥21年的临床护士营养知识得分较高(P<0.05);本科、职称为主管护师以上的护士营养态度得分较高(P<0.05);工作时间≥21年的临床护士营养行为较好(P<0.05)。结论内分泌科临床护士的营养认知较差,护理管理者可根据护士的具体情况提供针对性的教育培训,以提高护士的营养认知水平。
