摘要

The proportion of medical device related pressure ulcer in the pressure ulcer is quite high, which not only di-rectly increases the sufferings of patients, and affects the disease outcome, and even causes disputes. In order to improve the awareness and attention degree of it, the paper summarizes the classification, influence factors and prevention measures of medical device related pressure ulcer thus providing reference for the nursing staff.%医疗器械相关性压疮(MDR PU)在压疮发生中占相当比重，其不仅直接增加患者的痛苦，影响疾病的转归，甚至引起纠纷。为了提高对其了解及重视程度，该文综述了医疗器械相关性压疮的分类、影响因素及预防措施，以期为护理工作者提供借鉴。
