目的：对护理风险管理在血管外科护理工作中的应用效果予以探究并分析。方法采用回顾性分析法,为2014年10月—2015年10月心血管外科收治的患者中,抽取80例,进行观察。观察组患者40例,采用护理风险管理,另外40例患者采用常规护理,组成对照组,对比护理效果及满意度。结果对患者总满意度进行调查,观察组：97.5%、对照组：72.5%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。且观察组投诉率也低于对照组,P<0.05。结论将护理风险管理应用于血管外科护理工作中,不仅提升了护理人员的风险意识和护理总满意度,而且有效降低了护理风险事件的发生,对于患者机体快速康复具有促进作用。%Objective To study and analyze the application effect of nursing risk management in the nursing work in the department of vascular surgery. Methods 80 cases of patients admitted and treated in the department of vascular surgery in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the observation group adopted the nursing risk management, the control group adopted the routine nursing, and the nursing effect and satisfactory degree were compared. Results The difference in the total satisfactory degree between the observation group and the control group had statistical significance by comparison, (97.5%vs 72.5%), P<0.05, and the com-plaint rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group with statistical difference, P<0.05. Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in the department of vascular surgery can not only improve the risk awareness and total nursing satisfactory degree of nursing staff, but also effectively reduce the occurrence of nursing risk events, and it plays a promotion role in the rapid rehabilitation of patient’s organism, and it is a nursing management method worth pro-motion for patients in the department of vascular surgery.
