摘要

The formal start-up of“one-stop”logistics comprehensive management platform in the Beijing hospital of tradi-tional Chinese medicine marks the leading of “one-stop” logistics service center, thus changing the traditional model in the hospital logistics management, improve the rapid response ability of hospital logistics guarantee system, and providing the most quality and effective service for the medicine, teaching, research and guard in our hospital, our hospital will use bran-new logistics management idea, higher work efficiency, full-range quality service and scientific and standardized logistics management means to create a new brand of logistics service in our hospital, and the “one-stop” logistics service not only improves the service quality and service efficiency but also improves the satisfactory degree, which promotes the systema-tism and standardization of hospital logistics management, and leads the successful implementation of hospital logistics safeguard work under the guidance of scientific management idea and method.%北京中医医院“一站式”后勤综合管理平台的正式启动运行,标志着以“一站式”后勤服务中心为龙头,改变医院后勤管理陈旧的传统模式,提高了医院后勤保障系统的快速响应能力,为我院的医、教、研、防提供最优质和高效的服务。以全新的后勤管理理念、更高的工作效率、全方位的优质服务,科学化、标准化的后勤管理手段,打造出我院后勤服务的新品牌。“一站式”后勤服务既提高了服务质量和服务效率,又提高了满意度。它促进了医院后勤管理的制度化和规范化,用科学的管理理念和方法来指导,引领医院后勤保障工作的顺利实施。
