目的：了解安宁市老年艾滋病病毒（HIV)感染者的商业性性行为特征，为老年人的艾滋病（AIDS)和性病防治策略和措施的制定提供科学依据。方法选择两个累计报告50岁以上老年 HIV 感染者比例较高的两个社区作为该次调查的地区，以问卷调查的方式进行。结果接受问卷调查者年龄50~81岁，平均为62岁。接受调查的400人中，有103人找过暗娼（25.8%)，仅31人(30.1%)能坚持使用安全套，艾滋病知晓率为59.05%。结论中老年男性人群中，商业性性行为是最主要的 HIV 感染途径，艾滋病知识匮乏，安全套使用率低，有较高的感染 HIV 风险。%Objective To know the commercial sexual behaviors of elderly men with HIV and provide scientific basis for making the preventive and cure strategies and measures of AIDS and venereal disease for elderly. Methods Two communi-ties with higher ratio of elderly men with HIV above 50 in the report were selected as the survey objects by questionnaires. Results The survey objects aged from 50 to 81, and the average age was 62, in the 400 cases surveyed, 103 cases had illicit prostitution, accounting for 25.8%, only 31 cases could insist on using condoms, accounting for 30.1%, and the awareness rate of AIDS was 59.05%. Conclusion The commercial sexual behavior is the most important infection way in the medium-elderly men, lack of AIDS knowledge and low usage rate of condoms make the HIV infection risk higher.
