细节管理模式在消毒供应室护理管理中的应用研究

摘要

Objective To study the application effect of detail management model in the nursing management in the disin-fection supply room. Methods The medical personnel of different time periods in our hospital were selected and divided in-to two groups, and respectively divided into the control group(from January 2012 to January 2013) and the observation group (from February 2013 to February 2014), the management issues existing in the disinfection supply room were retrospectively analyzed, and the detail management model has begun to be implemented since February 2013, and the clinical satisfactory degree and nursing quality assessment in the disinfection supply room were compared between the two groups. Results The packing satisfactory degree score, cycle satisfactory degree score, service satisfactory degree score, release satisfactory de-gree score, safety identification ability score, risk prevention awareness score and service awareness score in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implantation of detail management model in the disinfection supply room can improve the satisfactory degrees of various departments and improve the nursing quality of disinfection supply room.%目的：探究细节管理模式在消毒供应室护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取该院不同时间段的医护人员划分为2组，分别为对照组（2012年1月-2013年1月）与观察组（2013年2月-2014年2月），回顾性分析消毒供应室内存在的管理问题，并于2013年2月开始实施细节管理模式，对比两组医护人员对消毒供应室的临床满意度与护理质量评价情况。结果观察组医护人员对消毒供应室的包装满意度评分、回收满意度评分、服务满意度评分、发放满意度评分与安全识别能力评分、风险防范意识评分、服务意识评分均明显优于对照组（P>0.05）。结论在消毒供应室中实施细节管理模式可以提升临床各科室的满意度，提升消毒供应室的护理质量。
