层级全责护理模式对基础护理质量的影响研究

摘要

Objective To research the effect of full responsibility gradation nursing model on basic nursing quality. Meth-ods 3 departments in our hospital were selected as the research objects, the control group adopted the routine whole nursing management model from January 2011 to January 2013, the observation group adopted full responsibility gradation nursing management model from February 2013 to February 2015, and the effect of nursing management model on the basic nursing quality was compared between the two groups. Results The three short, five delivery, six clean, ward relief, disease condi-tion mastery quality in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance, P<0.05, the health education qualified rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance, P<0.05, the total satisfactory degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance, P<0.05. Conclusion The full responsibility grada-tion nursing model can effectively improve the basic nursing quality and provide convenience for nursing management, which is an excellent nursing management model.%目的：研究层级全责护理模式对基础护理质量的影响。方法选取该院3个科室作为研究对象,2011年1月-2013年1月实施常规整体护理管理模式,将其作为对照组,2013年2月-2015年2月实施层级全责护理管理模式,将其作为观察组,比较两组的护理管理模式对基础护理质量的影响。结果观察组三短、五送、六洁、病房缓解、病情掌握质量均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组健康教育合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论层级全责护理模式有效改善基础护理质量,方便护理管理,是一种优秀的护理管理模式。
