护理管理在危重患者医院感染预防和控制中的作用

摘要

Objective To study the effect of nursing management in the hospital infection prevention and control of critical patients. Methods 110 cases of critical patients admitted and treated in our hospital from 2014 to 2015 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with comparability, the control group adopted routine nursing, the observation group adopted combined nursing management, whether the differences in the incidence rate of hospital infection and nursing satisfactory degree after enhancing nursing management had statistical significance or not was discussed. Results In the control group, the hospital infection occurred to 31 cases, and the incidence rate of hospital infection was 56.36%, and the total satisfactory rate of nursing was 83.63%, in the observation group, hospital infection occurred to 15 cases, the incidence rate of hospital infection was 27.27%, the total satisfactory rate of nursing was 98.18%, and the differences in the incidence rate of hospital infection and total satisfactory rate had highly statistical significance between the two groups, P<0.05. Conclusion Enhancing the nursing management of critical patients can reduce the incidence rate of hospital infection and improve the nursing satisfactory degree, which is worth wide promotion and application.%目的：探讨护理管理在危重患者医院感染预防和控制中的作用。方法以该院2014-2015年收治的110例危重患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,分别给予常规护理及其联合护理管理,探讨加强护理管理后医院感染发生率和护理满意度之间的差异是否具有统计学意义。结果对照组患者中,31例患者发生医院感染,医院感染发生率为56.36%,护理总满意率为83.63%；观察组患者中,15例患者发生医院感染,医院感染发生率为27.27%,护理总满意率为98.18%,两组患者医院感染发生率和总满意率之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强危重患者护理管理,可以降低医院感染发生率,提高护理满意度,值得广泛推广应用。
