目的：为了进一步提高冠心病介入治疗的效果并减少各种并发症的发生率，探讨和研究在治疗过程中实施全程护理模式的价值和意义。方法按照随机数字表的方法选取148例于2014年1月-2016年1月来该院行冠心病介入治疗的患者作为研究对象并通过双盲对照的原则将其分为分为对照组和试验组各74例，对照组患者治疗过程中给予应用常规护理措施，而试验组患者治疗过程中给予全程护理模式，比较不同护理措施对患者生活治疗以及各种不良事件发生率的影响。结果经过研究发现，试验组和对照组的生活质量均有所改善，但试验组患者生活质量总分以及各因子得分更占优势，且两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组患者治疗过程中不良事件的发生率和对照组患者相比显著降低，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病介入治疗患者实施全程护理模式，不仅有利于改善患者的生活治疗，而且能够预防各种不良事件的发生，值得临床推荐。%Objective To further improve the treatment effect of percutaneous coronary intervention, reduce the incidence rates of various complications, study and research the value and significance of the implementation of whole-course nursing model during treatment. Methods 148 cases of patients with percutaneous coronary intervention in our hospital from Jan-uary 2014 to January 2016 were randomly selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 74 cases in each according to the double-blind and comparison principle, the control group were given conventional nursing measures, while the experimental group were given whole-course nursing model during treatment, and the effects of different nursing measures on quality of life and incidence rates of various adverse reactions were compared. Results The research discovered that the quality of life of both groups was improved, but the total score of quality of life and various factor scores in the ex-perimental group were more advantageous, and the differences had statistical significance by comparison(P<0.05), the inci-dence rate of adverse event during treatment in the experimental group obviously decreased compared with those in the con-trol group, and the difference between groups had statistical significance by comparison(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with percutaneous coronary intervention, the implementation of whole-course nursing model can not only be conducive to improving the life treatment of patients, but also predicting the occurrence of various adverse events, which is worth recom-mendation.
