流程管理和患者分层对急诊冠脉介入术护理质量的影响

摘要

目的：临床分析流程管理和患者分层在急诊冠脉介入术患者护理中的应用价值。方法在该院2015年2月—2016年2月接收的急诊冠脉介入术患者中随机选取100例，对患者均实施流程管理和患者分层护理，另外选取2014年2月—2015年2月的100例急诊冠脉介入术患者未实施流程管理和患者分层护理，对比分析流程管理和患者分层护理实施前后的护理质量。结果和实施前相比，流程管理和患者分层实施后，护理人员接诊时间、手术时间及患者等候时间等显著偏低，差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。和实施前相比，实施后的急诊基础护理、急诊秩序管理、特级护理、重点环节管理、文书管理及急救药品管理评分显著偏高，差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。和实施前相比，实施后的医患矛盾、护理风险显著偏低，差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。和实施前相比，实施后的抢救成功率和护理满意度显著偏高，差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论流程管理和患者分层在急诊冠脉介入术患者护理中的应用，能够显著提高患者的护理质量，降低患者护理风险，值得推广应用。%Objective To analyze the application value of process management and patient stratification in the nursing of patients with emergency percutaneous coronary intervention in clinic. Methods 100 cases of patients with emergency percu-taneous coronary intervention admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were randomly se-lected and implemented process management and patient stratification nursing, and 100 cases of patients with emergency percutaneous coronary intervention from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected and did not implement process management and patient stratification nursing, and the nursing quality before and after the implementation were compared and analyzed. Results The reception time, operation time and patient waiting time after implementation were obviously low-er than those before implementation, and the differences were obvious by comparison (P<0.05), the basic emergency nurs-ing, emergency order management, special nursing, critical link management, paper management and emergency medicine management score after implementation were obviously higher than those before implementation, and the differences had statistical significance by comparison(P<0.05), the tensions between doctors and patients and nursing risk after implemen-tation were obviously lower than those before implementation, and the differences were obvious(P<0.05), the rescue success rate and nursing satisfactory degree after implementation were obviously higher than those before implementation, and the differences were obvious (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of process management and patient stratification in the nursing of patients with emergency percutaneous coronary intervention can obviously improve the nursing quality of patients and reduce the nursing risk of patients, which is worth promotion and application.
