护理层级管理在提高护理服务质量中的应用

     

摘要

Objective To evaluate the effect of the implementation of nursing hierarchy management in hospital nursing work on nursing service quality. Methods 125 cases of inpatients receiving symptomatic treatment in our hospital from February 2014 to April 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the research group ( 63 cases) adopted nursing hierarchy management service, the control group ( 62 cases) adopted general relevant nursing services, the satisfac-tory degree and nursing service level evaluation score of the two groups were compared after researching nursing, and the application effectiveness in the nursing hierarchy management program was evaluated. Results The satisfactory degree score in the research group was better than that in the control group, and the nursing service level evaluation score in this depart-ment after management was better than that before management, and the difference was obvious with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of nursing hierarchy management measures in hospital nursing work can improve the satisfactory degrees of patients to various nursing services and improve nursing service level evaluation score. Therefore, it has the possibility of further promotion and value in clinic.%目的:评价在医院护理工作中施行护理层级管理对护理服务质量产生的影响。方法选择2014年2月—2016年4月进入该院住院且接受对症治疗的125例患者,按随机分组法将其分成研究、对照两组,研究组63例在管理工作中施予护理层级管理服务,对照组62例施予一般化的相关护理服务,对比两组满意度及护理服务水平评定分数等情况,评估护理层级管理方案的运用成效。结果研究组的满意度评分情况优越于对照组,且管理后本科室护理服务水平评定分数优越于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论在医院护理工作中落实护理层级管理措施,可提升患者对于各项护理服务的满意程度,同时还能改善护理服务水平评定分数,因此在临床上有进一步推广的可行性与价值。
