中药房工作质量对中医临床疗效的影响研究

摘要

The working quality in the dispensary of traditional Chinese medicine has an effect on clinical treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine, therefore, improving the working quality in the dispensary of traditional Chinese medicine is the sacred duty of traditional Chinese medicine workers, and they should be careful, precise and progmatic because the working attitude of traditional Chinese medicine workers is related to the clinical curative of patients. In order to develop traditional Chinese medicine enterprise, our state gives support in finance and policy, requiring all hospitals to build the dispensary of traditional Chinese medicine, adopting specified traditional Chinese medicine talents and requiring them going on duty with certifications thus practically improving the working quality of the dispensary of traditional Chinese medicine, which promotes the development of traditional Chinese medicine enterprise of our country to a certain degree. The paper fo-cuses on several influencing factors of traditional Chinese medicine curative effect in relation to the working quality of the dispensary of traditional Chinese medicine.%中药房的工作质量关系着中医临床治疗的效果，因此，提高中药房的工作质量是中药工作者的神圣职责。中药工作者要求认真仔细、严谨务实，因为中药工作者的工作态度关系着患者的临床疗效问题。为了发展中药事业，国家在财政上、政策上都给予了支持，要求各个医院都要建立中药房，采用专业性中药人才，要求持证上岗，切实提高中药房的工作质量，这在一定程度上促进了我国中药事业的发展。该文重点研究了与中药房工作质量有关的影响中医疗效的几个因素。
