五常法在血液净化中心护理管理中的应用评价

摘要

目的：研究并探讨在血液净化中心的护理管理中采取五常法的应用效果。方法于2014年1月开始，该院血液净化中心护理管理中开始实施五常法管理，对2014年1月—2015年12月(观察阶段)实施五常法管理后的透析用水卫生质量进行监测；另对2012年1月—2013年12月(对照阶段)未实施五常法管理时的透析用水质量进行监测，了解工作人员的满意度和幸福指数。结果与对照阶段相比，观察阶段的透析用水卫生质量合格率达到100%，质量控制效果明显更好(P<0.05)，透析用水内毒素、透析用水菌落数、透析用水污染物、透析用水有机氯均未出现超标情况。在满意度和幸福指数方面，实施五常法管理后的观察阶段工作人员的满意度和幸福指数均得到有效提高(P<0.05)。结论在血液净化中心的护理管理中，采用五常法进行管理可有效改善血液净化中心的透析用水卫生质量，提高工作人员的满意度。%Objective To study and explore the application effect of 5S management of nursing management in the blood purification center. Methods Beginning in January 2014, the blood purification center nursing management of our hospital began to implement the 5S management, in January 2014 ~December 2015 (observation phase), the hemodialysis water san_itary quality of 5S management implementation was monitored; Another from January 2012 to December 2013 (control phase) without the implementation of 5S management, the hemodialysis water quality was monitored, and the staff's satisfac_tion and happiness index were investigated. Results Compared with the control phase , the dialysis water sanitation quality pass rate of the observed phase was 100%, quality control effect was better (P<0.05), dialysis water for endotoxin, dialysis water colony number, dialysis water pollutants, dialysis water organic chlorine had not now exceeded. In terms of satisfaction and happiness index, the staff satisfaction and happiness index of the implementation of 5S management after the observa_tion period were improved (P< 0.05). Conclusion In the blood purification center of nursing management, the 5S manage_ment can effectively improve the blood purification center of dialysis water sanitation quality, improve staff satisfaction.
