信息技术在医院药学服务中的应用与实践

To evaluate our hospital pharmacy use of information technology services derived system, such as prescription e-valuation system, drug management and utilization system, pharmaceutical information intelligent prompt system and termi-nal system, the patient was discharged in medication compliance system in clinical effect and practice method. Pharmacy Department of our hospital with information technology services, to further strengthen pharmacists on patients with samples of prescription evaluation efforts, patients or Physicians can also be medication through the information system of pharmacist consultation, for medical service and hospital management, drug use and management, the prescription quality control have significantly improved, so as to lay a solid foundation for hospital pharmaceutical care in the hospital medical service system status to ensure medical quality, for the development of hospital pharmacy enterprise also provides a reliable basis.%评估该院药剂科使用的信息服务技术衍生系统，如处方评价系统、药物管理和利用系统、药学信息智能提示系统、终端系统、患者出院用药依从性系统等在临床上的效果和实践方法。该院药剂科运用信息技术服务，能够进一步加强药师对患者全样标本的处方评价力度，患者或医师也可在用药方面通过信息系统对药师进行咨询，对于医院医疗服务质量和管理、药品的使用和管理、处方的质量控制等方面有了明显提高，从而奠定了医院药学服务在医院医疗服务体系中的地位，保证医院医疗质量，对于医院药学事业的发展也提供了可靠依据。
