内分泌专科实习效果的影响因素分析及对策

         

摘要

To aim to improve teaching methods and raise teaching standards, after the questionnaire investigation and baseline test, we adjust the teaching content and methods, which were combination of the traditional teaching method and PBL. Finally, multi factor analysis of the effect of endocrine specialist clinical practice was in progress. The results showed that this kind of teaching method is very suitable in clinical practice of medical students, and it is a good helper to grow in practice.%为了有针对性的改进教学方法,不断提高教学水平,我们进行问卷调查和入科测试,然后调整教学内容与方法,将传统的教学法和PBL教学相结合,行内分泌专科临床实习效果的多因素分析,结果显示,这种教学法非常适合在临床实习阶段开展,是医学生在实践中成长的好帮手。
