PDCA模式应用于儿科护理管理对提升患儿家长满意度的有效性分析

         

摘要

分析PDCA模式应用于儿科护理管理中对患儿家长满意度的提高效果。方法以该院儿科收治的90例患儿进行研究,随机分为45例对照组和45例观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施PDCA模式,比较两组患儿家长的满意度。结果观察组家长的健康知识知晓程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);观察组的满意度为95.6%,明显高于对照组的77.8%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论在儿科护理管理中,采用PDCA模式实施护理管理,能够使患儿家长的满意度明显提高。%Objective Analysis of PDCA model applied in pediatric nursing management to improve the satisfaction of par-ents of children. Methods 90 cases of pediatric patients admitted to our hospital were studied,45 cases were randomly di-vided into control group and 45 cases of observation group,the control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was implemented PDCA mode,and the parents'satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared. Results The health knowledge awareness of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.6%,significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In pediatric nursing management, using PDCA mode to implement nursing management,can make the satisfac-tion of the parents of the children improved significantly.
