Objective To investigate the hospital infection management status and analyze the existing issues and put for-wards the solutions. Methods Our hospital was selected as the research objects from January to August 2016, and the hand hygiene execution rate, hospital infection prevention knowledge level of the medical staff, article/location surface cleaning and disinfection quality and disinfection device disinfection quality and hospital infection tissues were surveyed by the field survey, questionnaires and interviews. Results The hospital infection prevention knowledge level of the medical staff is ba-sically qualified, but most detailed issues were blind, the investigation of few staff was not qualified, and the qualified rate of hand hygiene was lower, and the hand hygiene in some departments and links was lower, and the disinfection device dis-infection quality is basically qualified, but still needs improvement, and the difference in the article/location surface clean-ing and disinfection quality between different departments was bigger, and the qualified rate in the department of neurology is better, and the qualified rate in clinic and first department of internal medicine was lower, and the there was no hospital infection integral evaluation criterial system and some links were lack, and the quality monitoring execution was not in place and the related organizational training was fewer. Conclusion In future, it is still necessary to carry out the hospital infection management quality improvement from the four perspectives of people, article, link and law.%目的：调查医院感染管理现状，分析存在的问题，提出解决对策。方法2016年1-8月，以该医院作为研究对象，采用现场调查、问卷调查、访谈等方式进行研究，调查医院手卫生执行率、医护人员医院感染防控知识水平、物品/场所表面清洁消毒质量、消毒器械消毒质量、医院感染组织。结果医护人员医院感染防控知识水平基本合格，但多数对细节问题存在盲区，少部分人员调查不合格；手卫生合格率偏低，在部分科室、环节手卫生合理偏低；消毒器械消毒质量基本合格，但仍有待改进；物品/场所表面清洁消毒质量不同科室差异较大，神经内科合格率较好，门诊、内一科合格率偏低；无医院感染整体评价标准体系，部分环节缺失，质量监督执行不到位，相关组织培训少。结论今后仍有必要从人、物、环、法等4个角度开展医院感染管理质量改进。
