Objective To explore the present situation and characteristics of primary hospital infection management in Ganzhou.Methods A sampling questionnaire survey was conducted in primary hospitals of 18 districts and counties of Ganzhou.Data regarding hospital infection man-agement were collected and analyzed.Results Among the 77 hospitals,96.1% established infec-tion management committees,92.2% set up departments of hospital infection management,and 72.7% were staffed with full-time managerial personnel.Among the management staff,50.0%worked for less than 5 years,63.7% had technical secondary diploma or below,60.8% had prima-ry title or below,and 60.8% majored in nursing.The infection management system was complete only in 22.1% of these hospitals,which mainly lacked the multi-drug resistant bacteria manage-ment system(31.2%)and hospital infection case monitoring system(16.9%).The proportion of infection management personnel receiving on-the-job training was only 13.0%.All of these hospi-tals had set up the supply rooms,but which did not implement the centralized supply of medical products and medical devices.The proportion of disinfection personnel holding a certificate was only 14.3%.In addition,there were many potential risks for hospital infection management in supply rooms.Conclusion Primary hospital infection management has some problems in Gan-zhou,which should be noticed and improved.Hospital infection management in grade-two hospi-tals is better than that in grade-one hospitals.%目的 了解赣州市基层医院医院感染(院感)管理的现状及特点.方法 对赣州市所辖18个区县的基层医院进行抽样问卷调查,收集各院感管理方面的资料进行分析.结果 被调查的77所医院中,96.1%成立了院感管理委员会,92.2%设置了院染管理科室,72.7%配备了专职管理人员;院感管理队伍中,以工作年限短(<5年占50.0%)、学历低(中专及以下占63.7%)、职称低(初级及以下占60.8%)、护理学专业(占60.8%)为主;仅22.1%的院感管理制度齐全,主要缺少"多重耐药菌管理制度"(31.2%)和"医院感染病例监测制度"(16.9%);院感管理的知识培训比例偏低,其中"感染管理人员接受岗位培训"的比例仅有13.0%;所有医院均设置了供应室,但均未实施"医疗物品和医疗器械集中供应","消毒员持证上岗"的比例仅有14.3%,供应室的院感管理隐患较多.结论 赣州市基层医院的院感管理工作存在一定不足,应予以重视和改善.相对而言,二级医院的院感管理工作好于一级医院.
