Objective To study the clinical application effect of risk control and humanistic management in the nursing in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics thus promoting the improvement of nursing level in the department of gynae-cology and obstetrics. Methods 128 cases of patients in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics in our hospital from Juen 2015 to June 2016 were randomly selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 64 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing measures, while the observation group adopted the routine nursing measures and humanistic management and risk control, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The total cure rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group (95.3% vs 81.1%), and the nursing satisfactory rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group (98.5%vs 84.2%), the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The humanistic management and risk control in the nursing in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics has a higher application and promotion value.%目的探究当前妇产科护理中人性化管理以及风险控制的临床应用效果，促进妇产科护理水准的提升。方法随机选取该院在2015年6月-2016年6月收治的妇产科患者128例作为研究对象，将患者分成观察组及对照组，每组64例患者。对照组采用常规的护理措施，观察组采用常规护理措施并且给予人性化管理和风险控制，对比分析两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的总治愈率是95.3%，明显高于对照组患者（81.1%）。观察组患者相应的护理满意率是98.5%，明显高于对照组的84.2%，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论人性化管理以及风险控制在妇产科护理中有着较大的应用和推广价值。
