To provide a risk control support system, a risk control support method, and a risk control support program for supporting accurate risk management.SOLUTION: A management server 20 is configured: to evaluate a possibility of occurrence of a risk event and an impact level when the risk event occurs for each work set in client terminals 11 and 12; to calculate an inherent risk based on the evaluation result of the impact level and the possibility of occurrence; to obtain a control and an operation status set in the client terminals 11 and 12; to calculate an impact level reduction effect and a possibility of occurrence reduction effect; to re-evaluate the impact level based on the impact level reduction effect as well as to re-evaluate the possibility of occurrence based on the possibility of occurrence reduction effect; and to calculate a residual risk based on the re-evaluated evaluation results of the impact level and the possibility of occurrence.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
