Objective To research the application effect of quality control management in the clinical medical test work and summarize the related influence factors of medical test working quality. Methods From June 2014 to June 2016,88 cases of patients needing to receiving the clinical medical test in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 44 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine management model, while the observation group adopted the targeted management model, and the satisfactory degree to the quality control management model in the clinical medical test course and number of errors in the medical test course of the two groups were compared. Results The satisfactory degree to the quality control management model in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significan (P<0.05), and the number of errors in the medical test course in the observation group was fewer than that in the control group, and the difference between groups was statistically significan (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of targeted management model for the quality control management in the clinical medical test work is very obvious.%目的：对应用针对性管理模式在临床医学检验工作实施质量控制管理中的效果进行研究，并总结医学检验工作质量影响相关因素。方法选择该院2014年6月-2016年6月收治的需要接受临床医学检验的患者88例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组44例。采用常规管理模式对对照组的临床医学检验工作进行质量控制管理；采用针对性管理模式对观察组的临床医学检验工作进行质量控制管理。对比两组研究对象对临床医学检验过程中的质量控制管理模式的满意度、在医学检验过程中出现的差错性事件的例数。结果观察组研究对象对临床医学检验过程中的质量控制管理模式的满意度明显高于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；在医学检验过程中出现的差错性事件的例数明显少于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论临床医学检验工作实施质量控制管理应用针对性管理模式的效果非常明显。
