为了解决下颌无牙颌患者由于牙槽骨严重吸收的普通义齿修复困难，探讨磁性附着体种植覆盖义齿在临床上的应用效果。义齿在各个方向上咬合时，应力分布到种植体和剩余牙槽嵴上，能够明显降低种植体周围牙槽骨的受力，有利于种植体及其周围组织的健康。通过固位力和咀嚼效率的测量，并做临床观察及问卷式主观感受的评价，其效果明显优于普通义齿，能够改善患者容貌，临床效果可靠，制作简单，易于保持清洁，在无牙颌患者(尤其是下颌牙槽骨严重吸收的患者)中值得推广。%To solve mandibular edentulous patients due to the ordinary restoring difficulties of alveolar serious absorption,we investigate the clinical application of mandibular implant-retained overdentures by magnetic at achments. In al directions, the stress distribution on the implant and the residual alveolar ridge can significantly decrease, which may be increase the health of the implants and tissues. To measure masticatory efficiency and retention force, and to do the evaluation of clinical observation and a questionnaire of subjective feeling, the effect was significantly bet er than ordinary dentures, which can improve patients' appearance, the clinical results and reliable. so we can cal it a predictable and reliable treatment for edentulous patients (especial y worth promoting in patients with mandibular alveolar bone severely absorbed).
