目的：探讨吻合器痔上粘膜环切术治疗重度痔病的疗效及体会。方法：回顾分析行PPH治疗重度痔病的临床资料。结果：48例经手术治疗后如期出院，其中痔团完全回缩45例，外痔团回缩不明显3例；手术时间25~55分钟，平均43分钟；术后住院时间3~7天，平均5.8天；术后出血1例，肛周疼痛12例（占25%），尿潴留22例（占46%）。结论：PPH术是一种安全有效的治疗重度痔病的方法，具有手术简单、术后恢复快、并发症少、住院时间短等特点。%Objective:To investigate the efficacy and experience of the procedure for prolapase and hemorrhoids(PPH) for severe hemorrhoids . Methods:Retrospective analysis the clinical data of severe hemorrhoids operated by PPH. Results:48 cases discharge on Schedule after surgical treatment. Through al the cases, 45 cases have absolute retraction,and 3 cases don`t have. Operation time was 25 to 55 minutes, an average of 43 minutes;postoperative hospital stay was 3 to 7 days, the average 5.8 days;one case was found postoperative bleeding , 12 cases (25%) had perianal pain and 22 cases (46%) had urinary retention. Conclusion:PPH surgery is a safe and effective treatment method for severe hemorrhoids, with simple operation, rapid postoperative recovery, fewer complications, shorter hospital stay and so on.
