藏药长花党参抗炎镇痛作用的研究

摘要

Objective To study the anti-inflammatory effects of Codonopsis thalictrifolia Wall.var.mollis(Chipp)L.D.Shen.Method Mice,rats of clean grade were randomly divided into 3 groups(n= 10)(1)in control group(2);aspirin;(3)the long flower dangshen group.To observe the anti-inflammatory effect of Codonopsis thalictrifolia Wall.var.mollis(Chipp)L.D.Shen.Through ear swelling in mice,granuloma,hot plate test and acetic acid writhing test.Result The treatment group significantly inhibited acute auricle inflammation induced by dimethylbenzene(P<0.05).Foreign body granuloma induced by cotton ball of treatment group were inhibited(P<0.05).Codonopsis thalictrifolia Wall.var.mollis(Chipp)L.D.Shen.Could significantly prolong the incubation period of hot and pain reaction and increase the pain threshold(P<0.05).The writhing times of the treatment group compared with the control were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion Codonopsis thalictrifolia Wall.var.mollis(Chipp)L.D.Shen.Has good anti-inflammatory and analgesia effects.%目的：研究藏药长花党参抗炎镇痛作用。方法清洁级大鼠、小鼠分别随机分成3组（n=10）①对照组；②阿司匹林组；③长花党参组。观察藏药长花党参对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、棉球致大鼠肉芽肿的抗炎作用；对热板试验、醋酸扭体试验的镇痛作用。结果长花党参组对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓急性炎症有明显的抑制作用（P<0.05）。长花党参对大鼠棉球导致的异物肉芽肿有抑制作用（P<0.05）。长花党参可不同程度延长小鼠热痛反应潜伏期，提高痛阈值（P<0.05）。长花党参组与对照组相比小鼠扭体次数明显减少（P<0.05）。结论藏药长花党参具有良好的镇痛和抗炎作用。
