158例全血细胞减少症患者病因分析

摘要

目的：分析全血细胞减少的临床病因。方法对158例全血细胞减少患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果158例中155例病因明确，8例不明。血液系统疾病为主要病因，130例占82%，非血液病占16%。各疾病按所占比例排序依次为巨幼细胞贫血、急性白血病、再生障碍性贫血、骨髓增生异常综合征、肝硬化脾功能亢进症。血液系统全血细胞减少病因以恶性或难治性为主。结论全血细胞减少病因较多，除造血系统疾病外，需排除非造血系统疾病，避免误诊、漏诊。%Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of pancytopenia(PCP).Methods A retrospective analysis was done in 158 cases of Huaihe hospital elderly with PCP.Result There was 82%caused by hemotopahty in all PCP cases,and 16%caused by non-hemotopathy,the reason for one case was not clear.The forth five diseases were megaloblastic anemia,acute leukemia,plastic anemia,cirrhosis and hypersplenism,myeodysplastic syndrome sequncely in proportion.Maligant and refractory hemotopathy were principle causes of hemotopathy cases.Conclusion It is complicated for causes of PCP,except hemotopathy,non-hemotopathy must be taken into consideration,in case misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
