238例消化性溃疡并出血临床护理分析

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the treatment and nursing measures of peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage.Methods:238 inpa-tients suffering from peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage from January 201 3 to December 2014 were performed the retrospective a-nalysis in aspects of treatment,mentality,diet,medication and nursing measures.Results:223 cases were cured by internal medicine (93. 69%),1 5cases were converted to surgical treatment (6.31 %).Conclusion:The clinical cure rate and life quality call be improved by means of active and correct treatment and good nursing.%目的：：探讨消化性溃疡合并出血的治疗和护理措施.方法：回顾分析我院2013年1月－2014年12月238例消化性溃疡并出血患者的治疗及护理.结果：内科治愈223例(93．69％),15例转外科手术治疗(6．31％).结论：积极正确的治疗和良好的护理,可提高临床治愈率及生活质量.
