应用丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效及预后对策研究

摘要

目的：研究应用丹参川芎注射液治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及预后对策。方法将150例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的患者随机分组，对照组和治疗组各75例，对照组常规给予指南推荐西药治疗，治疗组在其基础上加用丹参川芎嗪注射液，观察用药前后两组患者临床症状缓解程度及心电图指标改善情况及治疗前后心功能的比较。结果对照组和治疗组患者临床症状缓解有效率分别为65．3％，86．7％，心电图指标改善有效率分别为66．7％，82．7％，二者比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05），治疗后两组患者的 LVSP、SV、LVEF 水平均升高，cTnl、NT －ProBNP 均下降，而治疗组的上述指标改善比对照组更明显（P ＜0．05）。结论临床上应用丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效明显，无显著药物副作用，有助于改善心功能，并对预后有帮助。因此在临床上值得推广使用。%Objective To study the application of Countermeasures of clinical curative ef ect and prognosis of Salvia Chuanxiong injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods patients were randomly divided into 150 cases in of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,control group and treatment group with 75 cases in each group,the control group were given conventional treatment,treatment group on the basis of with SalviaeMiltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection,observed before and after treatment in two groups of pa-tients with clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram improvement degree index and before and after the treatment of heart function comparison.Results in the control group and treatment group, the clinical symptoms remission rate was 65.3%,86.7%,respectively,the improvement of zhe ECG index was 66.7%,82.7%,respectively,the dif erence was statistical y significant(P <0. 05).After treatment,the two groups of patients with LVSP,SV,LVEF levels were increased,CcTnl、NT -ProBNP were decreased,while the improvement of the treatment group was more obvi-ous than the control group group(P <0.05).Conclusion the clinical application of SalviaeMiltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection on the treatment of coronary heart disease un-stable angina curative ef ect angia pectoris significantly,nosignificant side ef ects of drugs,and it help to improve heart function,and to help the clinical prognosis.so in clinical is worthy to be popularized.
