经皮经肝胆囊穿刺引流术治疗危重急性胆囊炎患者的临床疗效分析

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical ef ect of percutaneous liver gal bladder puncture and drainage in the treatment of severe acute cholecystitis.Methods select admit ed in our hospital from percutaneous transhepatic gal bladder puncture drainage treatment.The curative ef ect of the two groups were observed,the incidence of postoperative complications and hospitali-zation time were observed.Results treatment group complications occurred in 2 cases,control group,complications occurred in 10 cases,the dif erence was statistical y significant(P <0.05). Conclusion it is ef ective to reduce mortality and reduce the incidence of complications by percutaneous puncture and drainage in the treatment of acute cholecystitis.It is worthy to be popular-ized and applied in clinic.%目的：观察经皮经肝胆囊穿刺引术流治疗危重急性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法选取2014年9月至2015年9月我院收治的38例危重急性胆囊炎患者为治疗组，给予经皮经肝胆囊穿刺引流进行治疗，另选同时期进行常规开腹手术的38例重急性胆囊炎患者作为对照组。分别观察两组患者的治疗效果，术后并发症的发生率和住院时间。结果治疗组并发症发生2例，对照组并发症发生10例，经比较差异具有统计学意义（p ＜0．05），治疗组治疗后的治愈率100％明显高于对照组治愈率94．7％，差异具有统计学意义（p ＜0．05），治疗组的住院时间也明显短于对照组。结论采用经皮经肝胆囊穿刺引流术治疗急性胆囊炎可以有效的降低死亡率，减少并发症的发生。值得临床进一步推广应用。
