临床护理管理中分层次管理的应用意义评估

摘要

[Abstract ]objective:Significance of hierarchical management in clinical nursing management.Method:66 nursing staff in our hospital were random-ly divided into observation group and control group,each of 33 cases.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was divid-ed into two levels.Result:The satisfaction rate of observation group was 100%,and the control group was 81.82%,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The observation group operation skills,theoretical knowledge score was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).conclusion:In clinical nursing management in the implementation of sub level management,can obviously improve the nursing staff's work enthusiasm,improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction rate,it is worth promoting.%目的：：探讨分层次管理在临床护理管理中的意义.方法：选择我院66名护理人员随机分为观察组和对照组，各33例.对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予分层次管理.结果：观察组护理工作满意率为100．00％；对照组为81．82％，观察组高于对照组(P＜0．05).观察组操作技能、理论知识评分均明显高于对照组(P＜0．05).结论：在临床护理管理中实施分层次管理，可明显提高护理人员的工作积极性，提高护理质量和患者满意率，值得推广.
