目的：探讨口服有回声型超声造影剂联合组织谐波成像在诊断婴儿肥厚性幽门狭窄中的价值。方法选取31例肥厚性幽门狭窄患儿作为研究对象，对其给予口服有回声型造影剂，并采取组织谐波成像技术进行检查，对患儿幽门管内径和前后壁黏膜各层的厚度等进行测量，对造影剂在幽门管腔缝隙间的流动情况进行观察。结果手术证实31例婴儿幽门肥厚性狭窄阳性，采取口服有回声型超声造影剂联合组织谐波成像技术在诊断婴儿肥厚性幽门狭窄中漏检0例，检出率为100％。结论有回声型造影剂联合组织谐波成像技术在能够更加清楚地观察到幽门管的结构特征和流体动力学表现，在临床诊断中具有较高的应用价值。%Objective To explore the value of ultrasound contrast agent combined with ultrasound in the diagnosis of infantile hypertrophic stenosis .Methods 31 cases of pyloric stenosis as the research object,the given oral echo contrast agent,and take tissue harmonic imaging techniques are examined,in children with pyloric tube diameter and anterior and posterior wal mu-cosa of each layer thickness were measured,observation of contrast agent in the pyloric canal gap between the flow .Results the operation was confirmed in 31 cases of baby hypertrophic pyloric stenosis positive take oral echo ultrasound contrast agent combined with tissue harmonic imaging in diagnosis of infantile hypertrophic pyloric stenosis undetected cases ,the detection rate was 100%.Conclusion the echo contrast agent combined with tissue harmonic imaging can be more clearly observed in the structural characteristics and fluid dynamics of the Helicobacter pylori , and it has high application value in clinical diagnosis.
