慢性乙肝患者血清HBsAg定量和HBV－DNA检测HBV耐药变异中的临床研究

摘要

Objective To study the relationship between the resistance variation of hepatitis B virus,gene type,liver function test,DNA HBV viral load and so on.Methods HBV was de-tected by mutation and genotype,and the correlation analysis was carried out on the HBV resistance variation,gene type,liver function test and DNA HBV viral load.Results There was no cor-relation between the drug resistance mutation sites in hepatitis B patients(HBV),and the liver function index(P>0.05),which was correlated with the viral load of DNA(P<0.05).Conclu-sion 1.There is no correlation between the level of drug resistance mutation site and genotype and liver function test,but there is a certain correlation with the serum HBsAg and DNA HBV vi-ral load.2.Serum HBsAg was correlated with DNA HBV and cccDNA in liver.%目的：探讨乙型肝炎病毒耐药变异与基因型、肝功能检测指标、HBV－DNA病毒载量等的相关性。方法检测 HBV 的耐药突变位点以及基因型，并对 HBV 耐药变异与基因型、肝功能检测指标、HBV－DNA病毒载量等指标进行相关性分析。结果乙肝患者的耐药变异位点与基因型、肝功能指标无相关性（P＞0．05），与HBV－DNA 病毒载量有一定相关性（P＜0．05）。结论①乙型肝炎耐药变异位点与基因型、肝功能检测指标无相关性，而与血清HBsAg定量、HBV－DNA病毒载量等指标有一定的相关性；②血清HBsAg定量分别与 HBV DNA定量及肝内 cccDNA定量存在相关性。
