124例外伤性脑梗塞的亚低温临床治疗分析

摘要

目的：在对124例外伤性脑梗塞患者的亚低温治疗效果进行客观分析的基础上，进一步研究适合患者的临床治疗手段。方法采取随机法选择解放军150医院2013年10月———2015年10月接收的62例外伤性脑梗塞患者（实验组），本组治疗时接受亚低温方案；同期选择62例外伤性脑梗塞患者（对照组）作为对照，本组治疗时接受常规疗法，客观比较2组入选患者治疗效果。结果本次研究的所有入选患者中，实验组入选患者有效率85．48％，对照组54．84％；实验组入选患者神经功能缺损分数（12．11±2．19）分，对照组（19．01±3．10）分，2组对比有差距（P＜0．05）。结论外伤性脑梗塞患者接受亚低温治疗的效果突出，可推广。%Objective In 124 cases of traumatic cerebral infarction patients and the ef ect of cryogenic treatment on the basis of objective analysis,further research for clinical treatment. Methods By random method to choose the people's liberation army 150 hospital in October 2013-in October 2015,received 2015 cases of patients with traumatic cerebral infarction(experi-mental group),group treatment when the low temperature solution;At the same time to choose 62 cases of traumatic cerebral infarction patients(control group)by contrast,treatment group re-ceiving conventional therapy,objective to compare two groups in patients with therapeutic ef ect.Results The study of al the patients,the experimental group was patients ef ectiveness 85. 48%,control group 54.84%;Experimental group selected patients with nerve function defect score(12.11 -2.19),the control group(19.01 +3.10)points,contrast have a gap in the 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The ef ect of mild hypothermia treatment traumatic cerebral infarction patients is outstanding,can be promoted.
