脉冲染料激光治疗儿童皮肤浅表血管瘤的护理研究

摘要

目的 回顾性分析脉冲染料激光治疗儿童皮肤浅表血管瘤的临床资料,探讨规范化护理对疗效和不良反应的影响.方法 采用非同期实验设计,选择行脉冲染料激光治疗儿童皮肤浅表血管瘤的患儿作为研究对象,实验组50例,治疗前对患儿家长进行详细的心理疏导,治疗后进行冷敷护理和指导居家护理;对照组46例,进行常规护理.观察比较两组患儿下次复诊时的疗效和不良反应发生率.结果 实验组的有效率高于对照组,实验组不良反应发生率低于对照组.结论 脉冲染料激光治疗儿童皮肤浅表血管瘤前后的规范的护理干预可以提高疗效、降低不良反应发生率,从而提高患者的依从性.%Objective Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of pulsed dye laser in treatment of superficial hemangioma of children's skin,and to explore the significance of nursing intervention to curative effect and adverse reactions.Methods Using non simultaneous experimental design,children's skin superficial hemangioma patients treated by pulsed dye laser were chosen as the research object,the experimental group of 50 cases,before treatment for parents were with psychological counseling,treatment after cold care and home care nursing guidelines;46 cases in the Nursing care of control group,usual care.The next observation of two groups were compared with curative effect and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results Test group showed a statistically higher validity compared with control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the test group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion The standard nursing intervention in the treatment of superficial hemangioma of children with pulsed dye laser can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the adverse reactions and improve the patient's compliance.
