人性化护理模式在乳腺癌患者围手术期护理中的临床应用效果分析

摘要

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of humanized nursing model in perioperative nursing of patients with breast cancer.Methods the study selected in our hospital in August 2015-2017 year in March for treatment of 96 cases of breast cancer patients as the research object in our hospital,according to the order of admission into a and B group,48 patients in each group.Results the group of patients with adverse reaction rate,VAS score,SDS score,SAS score less than group B patients,compared the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion in patients with breast cancer in perioperative nursing,the application effect of humanized nursing well,effectively improve the patient's pain,depression and anxiety,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions,worthy of promotion.%目的 探讨和分析人性化护理模式在乳腺癌患者围手术期护理中的临床应用效果.方法 研究选择我院在2015年8月——2017年3月间在我院进行治疗的96例乳腺癌患者当做研究对象,按其入院顺序分甲组、乙组,每组48例患者.结果 甲组患者的不良反应发生率、VAS评分、SDS评分、SAS评分少于乙组患者,差异对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在乳腺癌患者的围手术期护理中,人性化护理的应用效果很好,有效改善了患者的疼痛情况、抑郁情况、焦虑情况,并降低了不良反应发生的风险,值得推广.
