大型预制桥墩钢筋笼整体吊装对接施工技术

摘要

大型预制桥墩在设置水平施工缝分段浇筑时，提前将钢筋绑扎成型，再整体吊装钢筋笼与下部钢筋对接，完成钢筋接高施工。该施工技术提高了施工效率，同时降低了混凝土浇筑龄期差，从而减少混凝土收缩裂缝。%For segmented pouring the horizontal construction joint of the large-scale prefabricated bridge pier, we made the steel bar bind to shape at first, and then integral hoisting the reinforcing cage and made it butt joint with the bottom of steel bar to complete the steel bar jointing construction. The construction technology improves the efficiency of construction, reduces the concrete age difference, and reduces the shrinkage of concrete cracks.
