超大型地下连续墙钢筋笼的整体吊装方案

摘要

当沿海软土地区的基坑开挖达到一定深度后,常规地下连续墙的设计和施工方法已不能满足工程需要,超深地下连续墙的施工难度也越来越大.结合天津滨海新区于家堡交通枢纽工程的地下连续墙工程,研究探讨超大型地下连续墙钢筋笼的吊装方法,通过多方案比较总结出行之有效的施工方案,在实际工程施工中取得良好效果.%In the coastal soft soil area, when the foundation pit is excavated up to a certain depth, the conventional design and construction method of concrete diaphragm wall can't satisfy the project requirement, and it is more difficult to construct the ultra-deep concrete diaphragm wall. Based on the construction of concrete diaphragm wall of Yujiabao Traffic Hub Project in Tianjin Binhai New area, the lifting options for the reinforcing cage of ultra-large concrete diaphragm wall are compared and researched. In addition, the effective construction plan are summarized and applied well in some projects.
