节段式沉管预应力孔道压浆施工技术

摘要

In view of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge tunnel design life of 120 years, large immersed depth and strong siltation characteristics, we discussed the prestressed immersed pore pressure slurry process and quality control measures. In order to guarantee the sealing of the prestressed duct, we took credible steps to meet the sealing requirement from prestressed corrugated tube material, segment joints connected, closed head end and other important aspects. Through the use of vacuum assisted grouting technology to ensure the pore pressure grouting construction quality.%针对港珠澳大桥沉管隧道设计使用年限120 a，沉管大埋深、强回淤等特点，论述了沉管预应力孔道压浆工艺及主要的质量控制措施。为保证预应力孔道密封性，从预应力波纹管选材、节段接缝处连接、端头封闭等各个重要环节入手，采取可靠措施满足了密封性要求，通过采用真空辅助压浆技术，保证了孔道压浆的施工质量。
