近年来，随着农药和化肥的广泛使用，我国农产品的农药残留问题日益严重。为此，亟需发展高效、精准农药残留检测技术。本文主要介绍了国内外传统水果蔬菜农药残留快速检测技术的研究和应用状况，并重点阐述了色谱分析法、免疫分析法、生物传感器法和液体工作站等最新检测技术的研究进展。通过与传统检测技术比较，新的检测技术具有高效，精准，稳定性好的优势，在农药残留的快速检测中具有很好的发展前景。%In recent years, along with a widely use of pesticides and fertilizers, pesticide residue of agriculture products has become increasingly a serious problem. So the efficient, accurate techniques for detecting pesticide residues are urgent need. In this paper, the author introduced latest research and application for rapid detecting pesticide residuesin fruits and vegetables at home and abroad, and mainly focused on the research progress of the latest detection technology, such as chromatography, immunoassays, biosensors law and liquid workstations. By comparison with conventional detection techniques, there is high efficiency, accuracy and good stability advantages in new detection technology, which will privid good development prospects for the rapid detection of pesticide residues.
