摘要

this paper, Intrusive blowhole for conjoint cylinder head are mainly defects., the reason caused blowhole are analyzed. In actual production,through improving air permeability of core, strict control of the second drying moisture, proper optimization for pouring technology,reasonable control of pouring time, blowhole defects were successfully prevented and decreased.%本文介绍了侵入性气孔是气缸盖的主要缺陷,分析了气孔的产生原因.在生产中通过加强砂芯排气、严格控制二次烘干水分、提高浇注温度、合理控制浇注时间等措施,可以预防和降低灰铸铁缸盖的气孔缺陷.
