制动鼓粘砂缺陷分析与防止措施

             

摘要

通过对外观缺陷及结构分析,认为形成粘砂的原因主要是由于模型太高导致的模型周围型砂紧实度低.分析了影响型砂紧实度的各种因素,并通过提高下箱砂型高度、增加排气等措施,提高了模型周围型砂紧实度,解决了粘砂问题.%Through the analysis of appearance defects and structure,it is concluded that the formation of sand-penetrationhas been mainly caused by the low degree of compactness of sand around the model,which is mainly due to the fact that the model is too high to make the sand difficult to compact.The factors which influence the compactness of the sand have been analyzed.Thesand tightness around the model has been improved by increasing the sand mold height of drag and the exhaust,which solves the sand-penetration problems.
