低铬磨球半自动化生产线工装的改造

摘要

The effects of tooling modification of semi-automatic production line rapidly reduced the temperature of cast ball,by water-cooling,and hardness of low chrome cast ball is improved.The optimum tooling design is found though hardness test,impact toughness measurement and metallographic analysis.The experimental results show that,the tooling modification program for low chromium cast ball semi-automatic production line,is less equipment,low cost,and the productions are high hardness,and uniform microstructure.%利用水冷法降低低铬磨球脱模后的表面温度,明显改善了磨球硬度,并结合冲击韧性和金相组织分析,得到了一种设备改造少、成本低,产品硬度高、组织均匀的低铬铸球半自动化生产线工装改造方法.
