Q19缸体浇注系统设计及模拟优化研究

         

摘要

Based on the analysis of the cylinder block structure,two proposals of pouring system have been designed for the Q19 cylinder block casting process.Then the simulation analysis has been conducted to the filling stationarity,temperature field distribution,shrinkage porosity and shrinkage defects of the two proposals by use of MAGMA software.The simulation optimization has been performed to the technical process.The results show that the vertical pouring style water intake of flange is more effective than the water intake of the bearing.The reasonable setting of the riser and cold iron can change the distribution of the temperature field in the cooling process of the casting,and can effectively prevent the occurrence of shrinkage porosity and shrinkage.Finally,the high-quality cylinder block castings have been produced by use of optimized technical process.%在分析缸体结构的基础上,对Q19缸体的铸造工艺设计了两套浇注系统方案,然后采用MAGMA软件对两种方案的充型平稳性、温度场分布、缩孔缩松缺陷等进行了模拟分析,并在此基础上进行了工艺的模拟优化.结果表明,立浇底注式的法兰进水比轴瓦进水效果更好,合理设置冒口和冷铁能改变铸件冷却过程中的温度场分布,可有效防止缩孔缩松的出现,且采用优化的工艺方案生产出了高品质的缸体铸件.
