民营企业文化评价体系构建及其应用

             

摘要

This paper built the evaluation index system of enterprise culture of private enterprises from material culture, behavior culture, system culture and spiritual culture four aspects. Using the analytic hierarchy process and Delphi Method to determine the weights of evaluation indexes at all levels. Siping Ginsber Beer Co. Ltd., for example, the related data was collected by questionnaire survey, the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate its corporate culture. The evaluation score is 81.07 points, which indicates that the construction condition of Ginsber enterprise culture overall is good. The evaluation results agreed with the enterprise actual situation. The constructed evaluation index system has a certain scientific and guiding role.%从物质文化、行为文化、制度文化和精神文化四个层面构建了民营企业文化评价指标体系,运用层次分析法和德尔菲法相结合的方法确定各层次评价指标的权重。以四平金士百纯生啤酒股份有限公司为例进行具体应用,采用问卷调查法收集相关数据,利用模糊综合评价法对其企业文化进行评价,评价得分为81.07分,表明该企业的企业文化建设状况总体良好。评价结果与该企业实际情况基本吻合,说明构建的评价指标体系具有一定的科学性和指导作用。
