Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection as the adjuvant therapy for patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods 60 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients admitted in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2013 were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in the control group were treated with Adefovir Dipivoxil, and 30 cases in the ob-servation group were treated with Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection on the basis of the treatment given to the control group. The course of treatment of both groups was 1 year. The recovery rate of ALT, HBV-DNA and HBeAg negative rate at 24, 48 weeks of treatment were counted and compared, respectively. Results The rate of normal ALT of both groups of patients after 24 weeks of treatment was 100%, however, that of the control group decreased to 70% at 48 weeks of treatment; the HBV-DNA turning nega-tive rate of the observation group at 24, 48 weeks of treatment was 73.3%, 86.7%, respectively, significantly higher than 46.7%, 60.0% of the control group, respectively; the HBeAg turning negative rate of the observation group at 24, 48 weeks of treatment was 33.3%, 56.7%, respectively, significantly higher than the control group's 13.3%, 20.0%, respectively. Conclusion Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection combined with Adefovir Dipivoxil in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B has a significant effect, which can rapidly inhibit the virus replication with faster onset, and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.%目的：探究复方甘草酸苷辅助治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者的临床疗效。方法将该院2009年1月—2013年1月之间的60例慢性乙肝患者进行随机分组，对照组30例患者采用阿德福韦酯治疗，观察组30例患者则在对照组治疗基础上加用复方甘草酸苷治疗，两组患者的治疗时间均为1年，分别在患者治疗24、48周时进行ALT复常率、HBV-DNA以及HBeAg的转阴率的统计对比。结果两组患者治疗24周后ALT正常率均为100%，而48周时对照组患者降为70%；观察组患者治疗24、48周时HBV-DNA转阴率分别为73.3%和86.7%，显著高于对照组的46.7%和60.0%；观察组患者治疗24、48周时HBeAg转阴率分别为33.3%和56.7%，显著高于对照组的13.3%和20.0%。结论复方甘草酸苷联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙肝有着显著的疗效，能够迅速抑制病毒复制，起效更快，值得在临床上推广和应用。
