东莞市公务员体检超重肥胖回顾及干预对策

         

摘要

Objective To explore the overweight and obesity in Dongguan civil servants and related intervention countermeasures. Methods The physical examinations of civil servants underwent in our hospital from 2011 to 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. The overweight and obesity was summarized, and targeted health interventions were given to the civil servants. Results The over-weight and obesity cases of the annual physical examinations from 2011 to 2013 were 1320 cases (48.91%), 856 cases (30.96%), 710 cases (25.59%), respectively, the rate of overweight decreased year by year, the year-to-year difference was statistically sig-nificant (P<0.05). And males and people less than 39 were at the high risk of overweight and obesity. Conclusion The overweight and obesity of civil servants should be paid great attention. And sticking to regular physical examination and targeted intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of overweight and obesity.%探讨东莞市公务员超重肥胖情况及干预措施。方法回顾分析该院公务员体检情况,总结超重肥胖情况,并给予针对性健康干预。结果2011-2013年度体检结果为超重肥胖者分别为1320例(48.91%)、856例(30.96%)、710例(25.59%),超重率逐年显著降低,年度间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中男性、年龄<39岁是超重肥胖的高发人群。结论公务员超重肥胖需引起高度重视,坚持定期进行体检并给予针对性干预,可有效降低超重肥胖的发生率。
