目的：对无痛胃肠镜对消化内科疾病的诊治价值进行分析探讨。方法整群选取该院消化内科2014年1月—2015年2月收治的172例患者，随机分为对照组与观察组，对照组86例患者采用普通胃肠镜诊治，观察组86例患者以无痛胃肠镜诊治，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者的操作时间相比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），观察组的住院时间明显短于对照组，P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。观察组的治疗有效率为100.00%，对照组的治疗有效率为83.72%，观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组，P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论对消化内科疾病患者采用无痛胃肠镜诊治具有安全性高、效果确切等优点，在临床上值得推广应用。%Objective To analyze and discuss the value of painless gastroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in the department of gastroenterology. Methods 172 cases of patients treated in the department of gastroenterology of our hos-pital from January 2014 to February 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 86 cases in each, the control group were treated and diagnosed with common gastroscopy, the observation group were treated and diag-nosed with painless gastroscopy, the treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The operate times of the two groups were not obviously different (P>0.05), the length of stay of the observation group was obviously shorter than that of the control group, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, the effective rate of the observation group was 100.00% ,which was obviously higher than that (83.72%) of the control group , and the difference was statistically signifi-cant. Conclusion Painless gastroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with diseases in the department of gas-troenterology has the advantages of high security and definite effects, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
