目的：评价黛力新联合胃动力治疗在功能性消化不良临床疗效。方法2014年2月—2014年9月，江苏如皋博爱医院开展实验研究，对照组纳入患者55例，联合组56例，两组患者均给予常规药物治疗，联合组结合黛力新治疗，对比临床疗效，对比症状积分、抑郁积分水平。结果联合组显效率62.50%高于对照组38.18%、复发或加重率26.83%低于对照组46.67%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），治疗后、6个月后，联合组HAMA、症状积分低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论黛力新治疗FD，可增进临床疗效，预防复发。%Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of deanxit combined with gastric motility in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods Jiangsu Rugao humanity hospital carried out an experimental study from February 2014 to September 2014, the control group included 55 cases of patients while the joint group included 56 cases of patients, both of the groups were given routine drug treatment and the joint group were combined with Deanxit treatment, then clinical effica-cy, symptom scores and depression score level were compared. Results The effective rate of the joint group was 62.50%higher than that of control group (38.18%);the recurrence or exacerbation rate of the joint group was 26.83%lower than that of the control group (46.67%), and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The HAMA and symptom score of the joint group were lower than the control group after six months of treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Dailixin FD can improve the clinical efficacy and prevent recurrence.
